急性右心室心肌梗死85例诊治体会

目的探讨急性右心室心肌梗死患者临床诊断及治疗。方法选取2003年1月～2011年1月广东省肇庆市第一人民医院收治的85例急性右心室心肌梗死患者,对其临床诊断、治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组85例急性右心室心肌梗死病例,死亡2例,病死率2.35%,1例死于心力衰竭,1例死于溶栓出血,其它83例病例均经治疗后痊愈,治愈率97.65%。结论使用心电图对急性右心室心肌梗死进行临床诊断,根据患者具体情况进行综合性治疗,可以显著提高治愈率,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the acute right ventricular myocardial infarction in patients with clinical diagnosis, treatment. Methods From 2003 January to 2011 January were treated in our hospital between 85 cases of acute right ventricular myocardial infarction in these cases, clinical diagnosis, treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 85 cases of acute right ventricular myocardial infarction cases and 2 cases died, the fatality rate of 2.35%, 1 patients died because of heart failure, 1 cases died of bleeding because of thrombolysis, other 83 cases were cured after treatment, the cure rate is 97.65%. Conclusion The use of electrocardiogram in acute fight ventricular myocardial infarction for clinical diagnosis, according to the situation of the patient to undertake a comprehensive treatment, can significantly improve the cure rate, improve the quality of life of patients.
