Hawley保持器联合舌侧固定保持器与单纯应用压膜式保持器的保持效果临床研究

目的探讨Hawley保持器联合舌侧固定保持器与单纯应用压膜式保持器的保持效果临床疗效。方法随机选取在口腔科上下颌固定正畸结束的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用单纯压膜式保持器,观察组使用Hawley保持器联合舌侧固定保持器。对比两种保持器的耐用度及PAR指数。结果观察组保持器的耐用度和患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。随访1年后,观察组患者PAR指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 Hawley保持器联合舌侧固定保持器较单纯应用压膜式保持器保持效果更加稳定、耐用,但压膜保持器较美观。

Objective To explore the clinic effect of Hawley retainer combined lingual fixed retainer and the simple application of vacuumformed retainer. Methods Randomly selected 60 cases who had received treatment with upper and lower fixed appliance in our hospital, and divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group used vacuum-formed retainer, the observation group used Hawley retainer combined lingual fixed retainer. Two kinds of retainer of durability and PAR index were compared. Results Durability and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.05. Follow up after one year, PAR index of the observation group was higher than that in control group, with statistically difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Hawley retainer combined lingual fixed retainer is more stable and durable than the simple application of vacuum-formed retainer, while the latter is beautiful.
