射干麻黄汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清免疫指标及炎性因子的影响

Influence of Shegan Mahuang decoction on serum immune index and inflammatory factor of children with cough variant asthma

目的探讨射干麻黄汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿血清免疫指标及炎性因子等指标的影响。方法将68例CVA患儿随机分为2组,各34例。治疗组予射干麻黄汤治疗,对照组予孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较2组患儿EOS、IgE、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-10和IL-13水平,症状评分、PEF评分,以及总体疗效。结果治疗组患儿的EOS、IgE、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-10和IL-13水平以及症状评分的改善程度均显著优于对照组,2组PEF评分变化无显著差异,治疗组未发生明显不良反应,对照组20.58%的患儿发生不良反应。结论射干麻黄汤与孟鲁司特钠相比较,在CVA治疗上具有显著优势,可有效干预血清免疫指标及炎性因子的释放,且安全性较好。

Objective To explore the influence of Shegan Mahuang decoction on serum im- mune index and inflammatory factor of children with cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods Sixty -eight CVA children were divided into two groups. The treatment group （ n = 34） received Shegan Mahuang decoction, and the control group （ n = 34） received montelukast .sodium. The levels of EOS, IgE, TNF, IL-4, IL-10, IL-13, symptom scoring, PEF scoring and overall effect were compared. Results The improvement of EOS, IgE, TNF-α, IL-4, IL-10, IL-13 and symptom scoring in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group. While the PEF scoring showed no significant difference. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treat- ment group, while 20.58 % of children had adverse reactions in the control group. Conclusion Compared with montelukast sodium, Shegan Mahuang decoction has obvious advantages in the treatment of CVA, and it can intervene the serum immunity indexes and the release of inflammatory factor and result in more safety.
