摘要
目的探讨无机磷含量对慢性肾炎的临床诊断价值。方法选取2009年4月—2012年4月本院收治的慢性肾炎患者40例,随机按照肾小球的滤过率分为4组,额外再设1组健康组作对照,抽取参与实验者的血浆及血清,采用对应血清的标准方法并且将血浆设为候选法,用全自动生化分析仪进行测定无机磷的含量。结果 4种抗凝剂抗凝血浆以及与其对应的血清磷的测定结果是:除了枸橼酸钠的抗凝剂抗凝血浆以外,其余3种均与其所对应的血清有较好的相关性(P<0.05)。通过回归系数假设的检验,4种抗凝血浆和对应血清检测结果呈直线回归关系。慢性肾炎患者在不同证型之间存在差异,其中磷代谢最为紊乱的是阴阳两虚证的患者,其次是肝肾阴虚证,程度最低的是脾肾阴虚证的患者。结论随着肾功能的减退,无机磷的含量增加。
Objective To explore the value of the phosphorus content on the clinical diagno- sis of chronic nephritis. Methods 40 categories to select from April 2009 to April 2012 in our hos- pital patients with chronic nephritis, as the object of study. Randomly divided into four groups ac- cording to glomerular filtration rate, additional set up a group of healthy group as control, extracted the experimenter plasma and serum, using the standard method of the corresponding serum and the plasma is set to the candidate method, using the automatic biochemical analyzer instrument for the determination of inorganic phosphorus content. Results Four anticoagulant anticoagulant plasma, as well as their corresponding serum phosphorus determination results: In addition to the sodium cit- rate anticoagulant anticoagulant plasma, and the remaining three were a good correlation with their corresponding serum (P 〈 0.05). Inspection assumed by the regression coefficients, four kinds of anticoagulant plasma and corresponding serum test results showed the linear regression relationship. There was a different difference between the different medical certificate type in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. The most disordered of which phosphorus metabolism was the yin and yang deficiency patients, followed by liver and kidney certificate, the lowest level of the spleen and kidney yin deficiency syndrome patients. Conclusion The inorganic phosphorus content increase with the decrease of renal function.
