摘要
目的探讨护理干预对食管癌根治术患者手术室相关护理并发症的影响。方法回顾分析42例食管癌根治术患者发生手术室相关低体温、静脉套管针液体外渗、臂丛神经损伤、压疮、电灼伤、眼角膜炎等护理并发症,分析其原因及改进措施的有效性。结果改进相关护理干预措施后食管癌根治术患者手术室相关护理低体温、静脉套管针液体外渗、电灼伤、眼角膜炎并发症显著降低(P<0.05)。结论通过改进相关护理干预措施后能降低食管癌根治术患者手术室相关护理并发症,提高手术室护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative nursing intervention on operat- ing room nursing complications in patients with esophageal cancer radical operation. Methods Nursing complications such as hypothermia, fluid leakage of venous trocar, brachial plexus injury, pressure ulcer, electric burn and keratitis in 42 patients with esophageal cancer radical operation were analyzed retrospectively in order to find reasons and improve measures. Results After im- provement of related nursing intervention measures, incidence of nursing complications such as hy- pothermia, fluid leakage of venous trocar, brachial plexus injury, pressure ulcer, electric burn and keratitis in patients with esophageal cancer radical operation reduced significantly(P〈0.05). Con- clusion Improved nursing intervention measures can reduce the operating room nursing complica- tions in patients with esophageal cancer radical operation and improve nursing quality in operation room.
