摘要
目的总结食管癌术后患者应用改良肠内营养输注法的护理体会。方法对200例食管癌术后患者,用Fd-600灌食桶盛放流质,进行间隙输注法空肠管饲。结果200例患者护理效果满意,未发生严重肠内营养并发症,术后住院13~15d,痊愈出院。结论改良鼻饲输注法不但满足了患者的营养需要,减少了并发症的发生,同时也简化了鼻饲方法,提高了护理工作效率,提高了护理质量。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of modified infusion method of enteral nutrition for patients with esophageal cancer surgery. MethodsSelf-made enteral nutrition liquid, contained in FD 600 feeding bucket, was intermittently infused for 200 patients underwent esophageal cancer surgery by jejunum tube feeding method. Results All the patients were satisfied with the effect of nursing and no patient had severe enteral nutrition complications. Postoperative hospitalization duration was 13--15 days, and all the patients healed and discharged. Conclusion Modified nasal infusion method can not only meet the patients' needs of nutritional and reduce the in- cidence of complications, but also simplify nasal feeding method and improve the nursing efficiency and quality.
