穴位敷贴治疗对放疗患者白细胞的影响

Influence of acupoint application on leukocyte in patients with radiotherapy

目的观察放疗患者应用穴位敷贴治疗后白细胞变化情况。方法将90例肿瘤患者分为治疗组46例,对照组44例。治疗组在进行常规放疗的同时应用穴位敷贴治疗,对照组行常规放疗。结果 2组白细胞下降程度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放疗时应用穴位敷贴治疗可明显减轻白细胞下降率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the influence of acupoint application on change of leuko- cyte in patients with radiotherapy. Methods 90 patients with cancer were divided into the treat- ment group （n = 46） and the control group （n = 44）. The control group was conducted with con- ventional radiotherapy, while treatment group was conducted with acupoint application on the basis of conventional radiotherapy. Results According to the decline degree of leukocyte, there was sta- tistical difference between two groups. （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupoint application in radio- therapy period can obviously reduce the decline rate of leukocyte, thus it is worthy of clinical appli- cation.
