胸痛管理培训对胸外科护士胸痛管理的效果分析

Effect of training of chest pain management on chest pain management for thoracic surgical nurses

目的确定胸痛管理培训对护士胸痛管理知识及认知的影响。方法采用前后自身对照的方法,选择本科室29名护士为培训对象,进行为期5个月的系统培训,在培训前后使用"护士对胸痛管理认知及护理测评表"进行测评,比较培训前后胸外科护士对胸痛管理知识及认知的掌握,比较得分差异有无统计学意义。结果通过胸痛管理知识规范化的培训,培训后护士对胸痛管理知识及认知的掌握程度明显高于培训前(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论规范化的胸痛管理培训能有效地提高胸外科护士对胸痛管理知识及认知的掌握,对患者进行有效护理,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of training of chest pain management on the knowledge and cognition of chest pain management for thoracic surgical nurses. Methods 29 tho- racic surgical nurses were selected and trained systematically for 5 months. All the nurses were as- sessed by evaluation form on cognition and nursing of chest pain management for nurses before and after training. Knowledge and cognition mastering of chest pain management among thoracic surgi- cal nurses was compared before and after training. Results After normalized training of chest pain management, knowledge and cognition mastering of chest pain management among nurses was sig- nificantly better than that before the training（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Normalized training of chest pain management can effectively improve the knowledge and cognition mastering of chest pain man- agement among the thoracic surgical nurses. Through effective nursing, nurses can relieve the pa- tients＇ suffering and improve their life qualities.
