摘要
目的探讨通过电话回访的形式对骨科出院患者进行延续性健康教育的效果。方法将520例骨科患者按出院的先后顺序随机分为对照组和实验组各260人。对照组按常规给予出院指导;实验组在出院指导的基础上建立个人档案,由各组总责任护士在患者出院后的规定时间内,通过电话回访的形式,对患者进行健康指导,并督促及时来院复诊。比较2组患者出院后的情况。结果 2组患者在出院后的遵医行为、并发症的发生率、综合满意度等方面有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论通过电话回访,能及时解决患者在家中遇到的一系列困惑,减少并发症,促进康复,降低费用,改善医患关系,提升综合满意度,值得推广。
Objective thopedic patients by telephone To explore the effect of continuous health education in discharged or- return visit. Methods 520 discharged orthopedic patients were ran- domly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to their discharged time, each group contained 260 patients. The control group was conducted with conventional discharge guidance, while the experimental group was conducted with additional personal document on the ba- sis of control group. The chief primary nurse arranged the telephone return visit for discharged pa- tients within a predetermined time, and performed health guidance and urged the patients to under- go the return visit as well. The condition after discharged was compared between two groups. Re- sults The rate of compliance behavior, complications and comprehensive satisfaction in the experi- mental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The telephone return visit can help patients solve a series of problems and puzzles in their house, re- duce the complications, improve the rehabilitation, reduce the costs, promote the nurse - patient re- lationship and improve the comprehensive satisfaction, thus it is worthy of clinical application.
