某院地高辛血药浓度监测结果回顾性分析

A Retrospective Analysis of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring of Digoxin in a Certain Hospital

目的分析某院地高辛血药浓度的监测情况,促进地高辛临床合理用药。方法调取该院2010～2011年监测地高辛血药浓度患者的资料,回顾性分析地高辛血药浓度和疗效分布情况。结果 219例地高辛监测结果中,105例(47.95%)浓度在0.8～2.0 ng/ml之间,89例(40.64%)浓度小于0.8 ng/ml,25例(11.41%)浓度大于2.0ng/ml;149例(68.04%)疗效明显,53例(24.20%)疗效欠佳,17例(7.76%)中毒。结论该院地高辛临床应用基本合理,但临床医师需根据药物浓度和疗效调整用药。

Objective To analyse the monitoring of drug concentration in blood of digoxin in a certain hospital to promote the rational use of digoxin.Methods The valid data of digoxin in the hospital from 2010 to 2011 was retrieved,and a retrospective analysis was made on the distribution of blood concentration and therapeutic effects.Results In the 219 cases of digoxin,there were 105 cases（47.95%） of 0.8~2.0 ng/ml,89 cases（40.64%） less than 0.8 ng/ml,and 25 cases（11.41%） more than 2.0 ng/ml.There were 149 cases（68.04%） of effective use,53 cases（24.20%） of little effect and 17 cases（7.76%） of poisoning.Conclusion The use of digoxin in the hospital is rational on the whole,but digoxin should be used according to the concentration and clinical effect.
