变应性鼻炎和慢性鼻窦炎对哮喘患者肺通气功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨变应性鼻炎和慢性鼻窦炎对哮喘患者肺通气功能的影响。方法将110例哮喘患者分为三组:单纯哮喘组(n=37)、哮喘合并变应性鼻炎组(n=40)和哮喘合并变应性鼻炎、慢性鼻窦炎组(n=33),比较三组的FEV1%、PEF%、FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF75%。结果哮喘合并变应性鼻炎组的FEVt%、PEF%、FEF25%低于单纯哮喘组(P〈0.05);哮喘合并变应性鼻炎、慢性鼻窦炎组的FEV1%、PEF%、FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF75%低于单纯哮喘组(P〈0.05)。结论与单纯哮喘患者比较,哮喘合并变应性鼻炎或慢性鼻窦炎患者的肺通气功能降低。 Objective To analyze the influence of allergic rhinitis and chronic rhino sinusitis to asthma patients in lung function. Methods 110 patients with asthma were divided into three groups.. asthma group ( n = 37),asthma with allergic rhinitis group ( n = 40), asthma with allergic rhinitis and chronic rhino sinusitis group (n = 33). FEV1%, PEF%, FEF25%, FEFS0% and FEF75% were compared among the three groups. Results FEVI %,PEFV0 and FEF25% at asthma with allergic rhinitis group were statistically lower than that of asthma group (P 〈0.05). FEV1%, PEF%, FEF25%, FEF50% and FEF75% at asthma with allergic rhinitis and chronic rhino sinusitis group were statistically lower than that of asthma group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusions Lung function in asthma with allergic rhinitis and chronic rhino sinusitis patients is declined.
