运动性哮喘诊断方法的临床评价

Clinical value of exercise-induced asthma diagnosis

摘要 运动性哮喘（exercise-induced asthma，EIA）表现为运动后出现咳嗽、喘息、呼吸困难等症状。诊断EIA除详细的病史及体格检查外，尚需进行运动激发试验。目前诊断EIA的客观实验较多，各种诊断方法的临床价值将在文中详细探讨。 Exercise-induced asthma （EIA） show symptoms of coughing,wheezing and shortness of bread after exercise. In addition to a detailed history and physical examination, exercise challenge test is also essenual. There are various kinds of objective experiments for the diagnosis of EIA. This article is going to discuss Clinical value of various diagnostic methods of it briefly.
