战略采购对企业技术能力的影响研究:网络关系视角的分析 被引量:8

The Impact of Strategic Purchasing on Technological Capability: An Analysis of Network Relationship Perspective

摘要 企业技术能力的提升需要选择和集成外部技术源,供应商作为重要外部知识获取途径,有利于促进企业技术能力的提升。企业实施战略采购,制造商与供应商间的联系被嵌入在网络中,为企业技术能力的提升提供了一个满足学习技术的环境。文章从网络关系嵌入视角探讨战略采购对企业技术能力的作用机理,实证研究结果显示战略采购通过网络关系嵌入影响企业的技术学习进而影响企业技术能力。 Enhancing the technological capability needs to choose and integrate external technology sources. As an important way to acquire external knowledge, suppliers can promote enterprise's technological capability. Implementing strategic purchasing, the connection between the manufacturer and supplier are embedded in network, which provides a learning environment for technological learning. From the perspective of network relationship embedding, this paper analyzes the effective mechanism of strategic purchasing on enterprise's technological capability. The results of empirical study demonstrate that strategic purchasing affects network relationship embedding, and through technological learning affects enterprise's technological capability.
