房地产广告设计的精髓在于创意,房地产广告设计的创意要受到设计师的个人艺术修养、开发商的喜好、市场的接受度、房屋所针对的客户群、客户对居住环境的需求等多方面客观因素的影响。房地产广告的目的决定了他不要艺术,他要的只是宣传的形式,房地产广告设计师们力求在平庸中创作新亮点,在"平凡"中创造"不平凡"。
the quintessence of real estate advertising design is o- riginality, while the originality is affected by the designers' per- sonal artistic accomplishment, the developers' preference, the ac- ceptance of the market, the component of customers and cus- tomers' demand on environment. The purpose of real estate adver- tising determines that it need the style of advocating, instead of art, so the designers should create the extraordinary in the ordinary.
