An Inquiry into the Occupational Skill Appraisal and Training of Salesmen for Cigarette Products

职业技能鉴定是提升劳动者素质,调动员工积极性、主动性、创造性的有效途径。卷烟商品营销员职业技能鉴定自实施以来,为卷烟营销队伍建设起到了人才支撑的作用。本文试从技能鉴定培训的模式探索、技能鉴定的培训效果、鉴定培训中存在的问题及应对措施几方面对鉴定培训进行了探讨,提出了推进科学的营销人员培训系统的建立,真正把职业技能鉴定和培训有机结合起来;丰富培训组织形式,创新教学模式,增强培训与鉴定的契合力;实行"刚柔相济"的管理制度,为鉴定培训提供动能的应对措施等建议。

Occupational skill appraisal is an effective way of im- prove the workers＇ quality and stimulate the staffs activeness and innovative awareness. The implementation of occupational skill appraisal of salesmen for cigarette products plays a role of talent support. Through several aspects, this paper proposes a scientific training system for salesmen, so as to integrate occupational skill appraisal with its training.
