My View on Junior English Stratified Teaching

素质教育倡导"以生为本、因材施教",要实现这一目标,分层教学是有效途径。分层教学是针对学生的差异采用不同类别的学习指导,以使每个学生都获得最好的发展。分层教学符合学生实际,易激发学生的上进心,提高教学效果。本文主要从学生分层、教学目标分层、备课分层、教学方法分层、课堂教学分层、作业分层、评价分层七个方面探讨如何在初中英语教学中实施分层教学。

To realize the student-centered goal of ＂teaching stu- dents in accordance with their aptitude＂ advocaled by quality ed- ucation, stratified teaching is an effective way. Stratified teaching adopts different learning guidance in accordance students＇ differ- ences, so as to make every student achieve the best development. Stratified teaching accords with students＇ practical situation, so it is easy to stimulate students＇ desire to do better and improve teaching effect. This paper mainly explores how to implement stratified teaching in junior English teaching from seven aspects.
