彩色多普勒血流显像对小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的诊断价值

Diagnositic value of color Doppler flow imaging on pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis

目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像对小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析40例经临床确诊为急性肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的彩色多普勒声像图特征,观察其大小、形态及血流分布情况。结果治疗前40例患儿肿大的肠系膜淋巴结皆为多发,以右中下腹、脐周为最多见。彩色多普勒血流显像:可见点状、线状及树枝状血流信号,阻力指数0.5～0.6。治疗后复查,10例患儿淋巴结缩小或消失,32例血流信号消失。结论彩色多普勒血流显像在小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） on pediatric mesenteric lym- phadenitis. Methods The color doppler flow imaging characteristics of 40 children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis were retrospective analyzed. Numbers, size, shape and distribution of the blood flow of mesenteric lymph nodes were observed by CD- FI. Results Mesenteric lymph node enlargements of 40 cases were all multiple and most lymph nodes were located in right lower abdomen and periumbilicus before treatment. CDFI displayed point-like, linear and arborization blood flow signals. Resistance index was 0. 5 -0. 6. The mesenteric lymph nodes of 10 cases were shrink or disappeared and the blood flow signals of 32 cases were disappeared after treatment. Conclusion CDFI has an important clinical value on diagnosis of pediatric mesenteric lym- phadenitis.
