彩色多普勒超声联合术中冰冻切片检查在基层医院乳腺外科的应用价值

Value of colour doppler ultrasonography combined with intraoperative frozen section for the basic-hospital breast surgery

目的探讨彩色多普勒高频二维超声联合术中冰冻切片检查在基层医院乳腺外科中的应用价值。方法对2008年4月至2011年4月在上海市松江区乐都医院就诊的736例乳房肿块患者进行乳腺彩色多普勒高频二维超声检查,检出符合手术指征的患者324例,对其中的242例患者进行术中冰冻切片检查,确定手术方式,指导临床治疗。结果根据324例乳腺肿块患者的多普勒超声检查及冰冻切片检查结果,303例患者实行了单纯肿块切除,3例患者实行象限切除术,18例患者实行乳癌根治术。结论乳腺彩色多普勒高频二维超声联合术中冰冻切片检查在基层医院对乳腺疾病的诊治有一定的优势,对于临床医师明确手术方式、防止二次手术和损伤有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of colour doppler high-frequency two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with intraoperative frozen section for the basic-hospital breast surgery. Methods In this study, 736 patients with breast mass admitted from April 2008 to April 2011 were examied by breast colour doppler high-frequency two-dimensional ultra- sonography, 324 cases according with operation indications, and 242 patients of them were given the intraoperative frozen section to determinie the operation method, guide the clinical treatment. Results According to the examination results of colour doppler uhrasonography and frozen section of 324 breast mass patients, 303 patients were given simple tumor resection, 3 patients were treated by quadrant resection, 18 patients were treated by radical operation of mastocarcinoma. Conclusion Breast colour doppler high-frequency two-dimensional ultrasound combined with intraoperative frozen section has advantage in the aiagnosis of breast disease, and has a higher clinical application value in determining the operation method, preventing the second operation and damage.
