妈咪爱辅助治疗新生儿黄疸的观察

Observation of Medilac-Vita in adjuvant treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的观察妈咪爱辅助治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将110例患儿随机分为两组,干预组55例在常规治疗基础上加用妈咪爱口服;对照组55例给予常规治疗。每日用微量胆红素测定仪测量患儿血清胆红素一次,至血清胆红素下降至119.7μmol/L以下时结束治疗,观察指标为两组患者的日均胆红素下降值和治疗所用时间。结果干预组日均胆红素下降值大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.99,P<0.05)。干预组疗程比对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(t=4.27,P<0.05)。结论妈咪爱辅助治疗新生儿黄疸时,能促进日均胆红素下降并缩短治疗时间,其远期疗效需要进一步研究和探讨。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Medilac-Vita on neonatal jaundice. Methods One hundred and ten patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 55 patients in intervertion group were treated with conventional therapy plus Medi- lac-Vita; 55 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The serum bilirubin levels were measured by trace bilirubin measurement instrument; When serum bilirubin droped to 119.7 p^mol/L, the treatment was ended, observation indexes for the two groups were daily mean bilirubin decreased values and treatment time. Results The average daily bilirubin decreased value was greater in tintervention group than that in the control group, the difference was significant （ t = 3.99, P 〈 0. 05）. Course of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was significant （t = 4. 27, P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Medilac-Vita in adjuvant treatment of neonatal jaundice can promote the mean daily bilirubin value declined and shorten the treatment time, but the long-term effects need further study and discussion.
