GM1治疗儿童格林-巴利综合征疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂钠注射液(GM1)治疗儿童格林-巴利综合征(GBS)的疗效。方法将符合GBS诊断标准的38例患儿随机分为两组,对照组18例,给予静脉滴注免疫球蛋白(IVIG)、地塞米松注射液;治疗组20例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用GM1,并对两组疗效进行对比观察。结果 GM1治疗组在控制病情进展和改善恢复方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且未见不良反应。结论 GM1治疗儿童GBS安全有效。
