2型糖尿病的分子遗传学新进展

摘要 糖尿病(DM)是全球性的流行病,在全球范围内其发病率均呈逐年上升的趋势.2007年杨文英教授的中国流行病学调查显示中国糖尿病人群的患病比例达到9.7%[1].糖尿病已成为中国主要的民生健康问题,它不但困扰着广大糖尿病患者,同时也给国家经济带来了沉重的负担.目前糖尿病分为1型、2型、特殊类型和妊娠糖尿病,其中2型糖尿病(T2DM)占糖尿病总人数的90%以上,2型糖尿病的发病机制主要为胰岛素抵抗与胰岛β细胞的功能障碍.有研究认为胰岛素抵抗发生在2型糖尿病的早期.
