Serial Communication is a common mode of data transfer under DOS,for instance many kinds of iSBC 188 all adopt bidirectional serial port in data transfer progress.How to realize serial communication in 32 applications under Windows 95 is an issue which should be settled now.This paper discusses the basic methods of realizing serial communication and two solving project based on interrupt and multithreading,and realizes it by using Visual C++ language.
