摘要
应用国产的 80 8nm激光二极管 (LD)研制了声光调Q的Nd :YVO4 -KTP腔内倍频的准连续、单脉冲激光器 ,得到了TEM0 0 模、频率为 2 0kHz的准连续稳定的 532nm的绿光输出 ,阈值泵浦功率为 30 0mW。在连续 2W的泵浦功率下 ,准连续绿光输出为 12 0mW ,脉冲宽度为 4 0ns ,单脉冲能量为 50 μJ。通过对声光Q开关的驱动电源改造 ,得到了单脉冲激光输出。在分析计算的基础上 ,建立了 2W、80 8nmLD的冷却模型 ,构造了冷却模块 。
A 2 W,808 nm laser diode made in China is used to fabricate a CW single pulsed Nd:YVO 4-KTP intracavity frequency doubling solid state laser with an acousto-optic Q-switch.The green light of 532 nm is obtained with TEM 00 mode and frequency of 20 kHz in CW.Its pumping threshold value is 300 mW.At the continuous pumping input power of 2 W,the CW out power of the green light is 120 mW with the pulse width of 40 ns.The energy of a single pulse is of the order of 50 μJ.The single pulse is obtained by means of modification of the drive power of the acousto-optic Q-switch.A cooling module of the 2 W,808 nm LD with stable wavelength is constructed based on analysis and calculation.
