摘要
本文介绍了一种综合评价通信网模数过渡方案的数学模型.其中使用了数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis)和层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)两种新的系统决策方法。以便综合考虑各种定性、定量因素.采用本文方法,还可以将决策者对各个可行过渡方案的偏好代入模型,从而保证决策结果的可行性与满意性.
It gives an evaluation model for decision study of transferring from analogue to digital telephone network.Two new methods,DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),are used to take both quantitative and qualitative criteria into account.Decision-maker's favourite for each feasible plan can also be considered so as to ensure the decision-making realistic and satisfied.
