摘要 本文给出对RC串联型 ,并联型负载的不等波纹函数型阻抗匹配网络的综合方法 .以HFET 10 0 0管芯为例 ,用不等波纹函数型综合与补偿方法得到的 6 12GHz的输入输出阻抗匹配网络与传统的切比雪夫型相比 ,所用的L ,C元件数不足后者的一半且其增益。 In this paper the synthesis procedure of the unequiripple function type impedance matching networks is given for the RC series and parallel load.For example of HFET 1000 chip,using the unequiripple function synthesis procedure,the structure of this network is more simple than that of Chebyshev case,and we may get better gain and stability for this amplifier.
