共聚型聚羧酸高性能减水剂的合成及性能研究

摘要 在丙烯酸单体上接枝聚氧乙烯链;然后以丙烯酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠和接枝大单体为原料合成共聚型聚羧酸高性能减水剂。用傅里叶红外分析共聚物分子结构、分子凝胶渗透色谱来测定共聚物的分子量。用水泥净浆流动度来考察聚羧酸减水荆的分散性和分散保持性。结果表明:合成的共聚物的重均分子量为43000;聚羧酸减水剂的折固掺量为O.3%,水灰比为O.29时,水泥静浆流动度可达291mm,具有较好的分散性和分散保持性。 The copolycarboxylic series of water reducer was synthesized by first grafting the Polyoxyethylenechain in the crylic acid monomer, and then using acrylic acid, sodium methylallyl sulfonate and ester macromonomer as materials. FTIR were carried out to characterize the structure of the copolymers and the molecular weight of the copolymers was analyzed by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).The dispersi- ty and dispersion retaining ability of the polycarboxylate superplasticizers in cement paste was tested by measuring paste flow. The results indi- cated that the molecular weight of the polymer measured was 43000; the initial fluidity of the cement paste could reach 291 mm with the mass content of this polycarboxylate 0.3% and water-cement ratio 0.29.The polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized had good dispersity and dis- persion retaining ability.
