摘要
概述了湖南省2009年以来与油茶相关的中央财政林业科技推广项目的实施成效,总结项目实施所取得的成功经验,探讨存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,为进一步实施好中央财政林业科技推广项目,充分利用项目促进油茶产业发展提供参考。
The effectiveness and experience of the implementation of central finance forestry technology extended project related with Camellia in Hunan Province since 2009 was summarized.The problems were also discussed and the solutions were proposed.This provide a reference for the further implementing the central finance forestry technology extended project and taking full advantage of the project to promote the development of Camellia industry.
