摘要
从改善产品可制造性测度出发 ,提出了一种机械加工零件工艺参数优化问题的数学模型 .采用外点罚函数法把此约束优化问题转化为一无约束优化问题 ,利用遗传算法进行求解 .算例表明了遗传算法对全局优化问题的有效性 .这种优化方法可以集成到并行工程环境 。
From the view point of improving manufacturability of machined parts, an approach to the optimization of process parameters for the designed machined parts is presented. By using the exterior penalty function method this constrained optimization problem is changed into a non constrained one. The global optimization method—genetic algorithm has been used in this work to improve the optimizaiton quality. Applications of this method in determining the optimal product process parameters of machined parts are given for testing the approach presented. The results attained imply that the genetic algorithm is very effective for solving the global parameter optimization problem. The approach presented can be integrated into concurrent engineering environment. By using it at the early design stage, the product quality can be improved.
