初次分配中劳动份额的演变——基于中国部门数据的实证研究

Evolution of Labor Share in Primary Distribution——Based on Empirical Study of Sector Data in China

从部门结构的角度对中国初次分配中劳动份额的变化进行了实证研究,在对资金流量表实物交易部分的数据进行处理的基础上,发现劳动者报酬占比上升主要得益于1993～1999年期间个体经济和农户经济的发展环境相对宽松;而在1999～2002年期间虽然整体劳动者报酬占比基本稳定,但已经出现了住户部门发展减缓的趋势,同时金融机构的劳动者报酬开始迅速增加;2002～2008年期间劳动者报酬占比迅速下降,则源于劳动力供给增加而工资议价能力相对下降、宏观政策中资源投放偏向非金融企业和金融机构部门、政府用于投资的资金快速上涨等因素。

This article makes a verifying research on the evolution of labor share in primary distribution of China from the angle of sector structure. Through processing data of physical transaction in flows - of- funds, we find the increasing of labor share is contributed by loose development environment for individual economy and household economy from 1993 to 1999. The labor share in the period of 1999 - 2002 is basically stable, but the labor share of the household sector increases lower, with which of financial sector increasing quickly. The labor share decreases rapidly from 2002 to 2008, which is due to increasing labor supply with decreasing wages bargaining power, policy bias to non -financial enterprise and financial sector, and government investment increasing rapidly.
