摘要
参照联合国贸易与发展会议开发的对外直接投资绩效指数,引入了中国各省份的对外直接投资绩效指数,并且结合2003～2009年的非平衡面板数据,来讨论省级对外直接投资绩效对经济增长的影响。研究发现:从全国来看,省级的对外直接投资绩效与经济增长率之间存在着显著的正向关系,但对于中西部地区省份来说,两者之间呈现弱负相关。
According to outward foreign direct investment performance index （OND） employed by United Nations Conference on Trade and Development （UNCTAD）, this paper introduces OND for Chinese provinces and discusses its impact on economic growth with non - balanced data from 2003 to 2009. The empirical results show there are significantly positive relationships between OND and economic growth for all Chinese provinces, but, weakly negative relationships for China interior provinces.
