摘要
电网安全稳定控制装置是为保证电力系统在遇到大扰动时的稳定性而在电厂或变电站内装设的控制设备,实现切机、切负荷、快速减出力、直流功率紧急提升或回降等功能,是保持电力系统安全稳定运行的第二道防线。2011年9月国务院颁布了《电力安全事故应急处置和调查处理条例(599号)》,对电网可靠供电提出了更高的要求。如何合理配置稳控装置,在保障电力系统安全稳定运行的基础上尽量减少负荷损失是电网运行的一项重要课题。
Stability control equipment is used to protect power system from faults by generator tripping,load shedding etc.It is the second defense line for power system.The state council promulgated the 599 decree in 2011 which put forward higher requirements for power system reliability.How to deploy the stability control equipment to ensure the safety of power grid and decrease the load loss in the mean time is an important project in power system.
