性能可调的自润滑叠层复合材料的摩擦学行为研究 被引量:4

摘要 以硅钢叠片为强性层,以含MoS2、石墨和环氧树脂构成的复合自润滑材料为塑性层,采用叠装-粘接工艺制备了强性层-塑性层相间的叠层复合材料.通过控制叠片数量,得到了塑性层含量可调的叠层复合材料.采用球-盘摩擦实验机对叠层复合材料的干摩擦性能进行了评价,结果表明:与无塑性层的叠层复合材料相比,含塑性层的叠层复合材料的摩擦学性能得到了明显改善.在载荷为6N、往复频率为4Hz的条件下,塑性层的面积比为40%的叠层复合材料的摩擦系数为0.15,磨损率为3.8×10-7 mm3/(N.m),比无塑性层的叠层复合材料分别降低了76.7%和96%.由磨痕表面的能谱分析发现,叠层复合材料的强性层表面含有C、S、Mo等元素,而在塑性层表面含有Fe、Si等元素,表明在摩擦热作用下塑性层的润滑剂渗出,并转移到摩擦表面形成转移膜,同时塑性层具有嵌藏金属磨屑的能力.在强性层与塑性层的协同作用下,叠层复合材料具有优异的耐磨减摩性能. Laminated composites reinforced with strong layers and plastic layers are prepared with lamination-bonding process.The strong layer is composed of silicon steel,and the plastic layer is composed of self-lubricating polymer composites fabricated with epoxy resin,MoS2 and graphite powders.Dry tribological behaviors of the laminated composites are evaluated by a pin-on-disc tester.The results indicate that the laminated composites are endowed with remarkably low friction and wear,which have a low coefficient of friction of 0.15 and a low wear rate of 3.8×10-7 mm3/(N·m),in the case of 40% filling ratio.C,S and Mo are found in the strong layers at wear scars.Fe and Si are examined in the plastic layers with energy dispersive spectroscopy.It is revealed that the self-lubricating ingredients permeate and transfer to the contact interface under rubbing heat and the plastic layer has trapped metal wear debris.The laminated composites show good wear resistance and anti-friction performances due to the synergistic effect of strong layer and the plastic layer.
