摘要
从绝缘电阻的角度比较国产与进口电容器盖板的差异 ,指出国产盖板的不足之处。分析国产板材与进口板材的 lgρ- t曲线图 ,揭示出高温下盖板绝缘电阻的下降是阳极腐蚀的重要原因 ,建议生产厂家从材料纯度、粘结剂、橡胶配方、检测方法等几方面加以改进。
Though the comparison of the difference in insulation resistance between domestic and imported covers, the deficiencies of domestic covers are found. The plots of log ρ t on domestic and imported cover materials is analyzed and found that one of the main reasons leading to anodic corrosion is decline of insulation resistance at high temperature. Some measures for improving cover quality are given, in regards to material purity, adhesive, rubber composition and test methods. (2 refs.)
