本方案立足于基地所处文化与自然环境,以＂剑塔＂和＂雉堞＂组合的的方式作为建筑造型的主要元素,力争兼具军旅、地域和时代特色。＂剑塔＂的挺拔有力、刚毅浩然,＂雉堞＂的蜿蜒起伏、连绵有序,形象地诠释了人民军队＂坚强有力＂、＂安邦护国＂的特质。折凹有致的裙房轮廓和表面划分,透出六朝古都南京城特有的历史厚重感和文化气息。

Established in the cultural and natural environment of the base, this ＂sword tower＂ and ＂embattlement＂ as the major architectural scheme takes the combination of elements, and tries to reflect the characteristics of the army, the region and the times. Both the upstanding and powerful ＂sword tower＂ of firm and righteous image and the winding and continuous ＂embattlement＂ have well interpreted the special qualities of the People＇ s Army as ＂strong and powerful＂ and ＂guardians of nation＂ . The orderly concaved contour of the podium and the surface division, exhibit the massive sense of history and culture typically in the Capital of Six Dynasties- Nanjing.
