基于有机进化论的上海市生态网络系统构建

Study on the Construction of Basic Ecological Network System in Shanghai Based on the Organic Evolution Theory

深入研究上海市1983年、1994年、2002年、2012年4次法定"城市绿地系统规划"的规划核心思想进化,比较其在规划理念、区域范围、要素拓展、布局演变、结构变异等方面的变化。证明其从"城市中的绿地布局"到"城市绿地系统",再到"市域绿、林地系统",最终到"市域生态网络系统"的系统有机进化过程,进而表现其科学性、战略性、操作性和引领性,从中映射出"人的认识"的进化才是城市绿地系统进化的最根本因素。

This paper deeply explored the core idea evolution of four formal approved plans of urban green space system planning of Shanghai in 1983,1994,2002 and 2012,and compared the changes in planning concept,region range,elements expansion,and structure evolution.The paper proved the systematic and organic evolution process from ＂urban green space layout＂ to ＂urban green space system＂,and then to ＂city region green space and forest system＂,finally to ＂urban ecological network system＂,which demonstrated its scientific,strategic,operational and leading characteristics.This process reflects that evolution of people＇s understanding is the most fundamental factor of urban green space system evolution.
