摘要
首先界定了MPC社区的概念,并简要回顾MPC社区的发展,然后分析慕尼黑里姆社区开放空间的特征,从中找出具有代表性的优秀社区开放空间规划设计思想:紧凑布局、多重功能混合、构筑社区感,从而使得开放空间能够孕育丰富多彩的社区生活,为目前我国类似社区开放空间的规划设计提供了借鉴。
The article defines the concept of MPC firstly,and reviews the development of MPC briefly,then analyzes the open space＇s characteristic of Riem Community in Munich,finally finds out the representative and outstanding ideas for planning and design of open space in Community：compact layout,mixed function,sense of community,so that the open space could gestate rich and colorful community life.These experiences supply certain reference for planning and design of similar community open space in our country at present.
