摘要
商业空间的发展演变与城市化水平、经济社会发展、城市空间布局、交通方式变革及相关政策导向等因素密切相关。研究在总结杭州商业空间发展现状和布局特征的基础上,剖析影响其商业空间布局的重大因素,主要包括城市规划、交通方式、资源优势和非物质因素四方面;分析不同级别商业中心的发展策略,提出加强引导、协调交通、统筹居住和引领升级的策略,为杭州商业空间合理化布局提供借鉴。
Commercial space evolution is closely related to urbanization, economic and social development, urban spatial layout, transportation method, and public policies. The paper concludes Hangzhou commercial space development characters, analyzes its influencing factors such as urban planning, transportation method, resource advantage, and non-physical elements, studies different commercial center development strategies, and proposes transportation coordination, residence integration, and spatial improvement strategies. The study provides reference for rational Hangzhou commercial space development.
