卷式膜超滤浓缩猪血浆工艺研究

摘要 以猪血浆液为研究对象,比较截留分子量(MWCO)为20 000D、10 000D和5 000D的卷式超滤膜对血浆浓缩效果的影响,研究超滤血浆过程中,超滤压力、超滤温度、血浆蛋白浓度、pH值和时间对超滤膜效果的影响。结果表明,MWCO=5 000D膜更适合用于超滤浓缩血浆液,超滤压力和蛋白浓度对通量影响更加显著。综合考虑猪血浆蛋白加工实际情况,获得最佳工艺条件为:在1.5MPa压力下,将分离血浆液(pH值7.0~7.5、蛋白浓度7.5%~8.0%、温度13~15℃),连续超滤40min。 The effects of the spiral - wound membrane with the molecular weight cut - off (MWCO) of 20000, 10000 and 5000 Da on concentration of porcine plasma were compared. The effects of pressure, temperature, protein concentration, pH and time on ultra filtration were systematically investigated. The results indicated that the spiral - wound membrane with a molecular weight cut - off (MWCO) of 3000 Da was more suitable for porcine plasma ultra fiheration. The optimum condition for porcine plasma ultra fil- tration was that the porcine plasma ( pH 7.0 - 7.5, protein concentration 7.5% - 8.0% , temperature 13 - 15℃ ) ultra filtrated for 40 min at 1.5 MPa pressure.
