摘要 介绍了电子商务推荐系统的概念、功能和技术，详细的论述了电子商务推荐系统所采用的推荐技术及其优缺点，介绍了电子商务推荐系统的实现方式和几个具有代表性的推荐服务系统，最后指出了电子商务推荐系统的存在的问题及下一步的研究方向。
