摘要 本文主要阐述了如何在HyperWorks软件平台上,对某重卡车门外板的抗凹性进行有限元分析。分析过程中使用HyperMesh平台进行前处理,利用RADIOSS求解,采用HyperView和HyperGraph进行后处理,得到了车门的加载力、应变曲线,进而对车门的抗凹性作出评价,对车门设计有重要理论指导意义。 This paper present the denting of a truck's door that from finite element analysis based on HyperWorks.Pre-processor,RADIOSS and Post-processor of HyperWorks were used in the finite element analysis.The curves of load-force-displacement was obtained.The resistance of the truck's door was evaluated and guided.
