Study on the Common Boundary Region of Yangtze Delta in the First Stage of the Twelfth “Five-Year-Plan”

为贯彻《长江三角洲地区区域规划》的战略要求,分解长三角区域规划对这些交界敏感地区提出的目标和任务,聚焦长三角区域整体规划与上海市、江苏省和浙江省区域规划的关系,找出三地政府落实长三角区域规划存在的难点、重点和主要问题,提出三地政府落实长三角区域规划可操作的重点工作和任务建议。

Based on the strategic requirements of Planning of Yangtze Delta Region, this paper aims to analyze the targets and mission of these sensitive common border areas in Planning of Yangtze Delta Area respectively; focus on the planning relationship among Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang; research on difficulties, key objectives and main problems when the government of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang implemented Planning of Yangtze Delta Region; finally give some key points and practical suggestions to Planning of Yangtze Delta Region and three governments.
