Cultural Consideration of the Urban Planning——A Case Study of Yongning County Master Planning in Ningxia

城市规划编制必须与时俱进,顺应时代的发展与要求,充分发挥其调控与引导作用。结合当前文化强国的大背景,详细阐述了城市总体规划应主动承担弘扬主流价值、促进社会主义文化大繁荣的历史使命的理论依据,深入探索了文化考量下的城市规划编制思路与方法,提出了以文化引导城市战略实施、城市产业发展、城市空间发展的理念与路径。重点结合宁夏永宁县总体规划的编制工作,进一步阐述了在以文化为考量视角背景下,城市总体规划的编制思路、方法及取得的经验。

Urban planning must keep pace with the times, the development of the times and requirements, give full play to its regulation and the guidance function. Based on the current background of cultural power, the paper elaborates the city planning should take to bring honor to the mainstream value, promoting socialist cultural prosperity and historical mission of theoretical basis, and explores the culture under city planning ideas and methods, puts forward the idea and path to guide implementation of the city strategy, city industry development and city space development by culture. This paper focuses on the combination of Ningxia Yongning County master planning, further elaborats, urban planning ideas, methods and experiences in the perspective of culture as the background.
