测绘地理信息是保障经济社会发展和国防建设的一项前期性、基础性、公益性工作。工业化、信息化、城镇化、市场化、国际化的深入发展,经济发展方式的加快转变,对测绘地理信息的管理和服务提出了新的更高要求。根据测绘法律法规和"十二五"测绘发展规划规定和要求,结合上海实际,重点分析了上海测绘地理信息管理体制、统一监管、公共服务的现状和突出问题,提出了提升上海测绘地理信息管理重点工作和应对举措。

According to the laws and regulations of surveying and mapping, and the regulations and requirement of ＂the Twelfth-five＂ surveying and mapping development planning, with the practice of Shanghai, the article analyzes the present situation and problems about management system, unified regulation, and public service of Shanghai surveying, mapping and geoinformation, then it puts forward the key work and Countermeasures to promote Shanghai surveying, mapping and geoinformation management.
