摘要
文中介绍了一种高精度、高稳定性的铂电阻测温仪的设计与实现。为了实现高精度,采用了四线法测阻来消除引线电阻的影响,并采用数字校正技术最大程度的减少电阻温度变换中的误差。该测温仪可用于工业环境下的精密测温。已用于分布式光纤测温系统的标定,获得了良好的效果。
In This paper, design and realization of a high performance platinum resistance thermometer are introduced. Four - wire resistance measurement is used to eliminate the influence of wire resistance, and digital calibration is also used to decrease error in transform from resistance to temperature to reach a high precision . This thermometer can operate under industrial environment. It has been used in our distributed fiber temperature sensor , and reached a excellent effect.
