摘要
西南民族地区的基本特征是自然人文资源富集与经济科技滞后并存,这种特征要求西南民族地区的反贫困策略必须以"文化-教育-经济共生"为根本向度。在"文化-教育-经济"共生系统中,教育通过培养能将自然与人文优势转化为经济优势、促进经济持续发展的"恰切"人才,盘活文化与经济关系,从而促使经济发展与文化传承在"人"这个教育对象上实现"共生",达到西南民族地区经济发展和民族传统文化传承的双赢目标。
The coexistence of concentration of natural and human resources and backwardness in economy and technology,which characterize Southwestern ethnic areas,requires the 'symboisis of culture,education and economy' as the fundamental orientation in anti-poverty strategy in this area.In the symbiotic system,education can transform natural and human advantages into economic advantages,cultivates talented people for sustainable development and activates cultural and economic relation so as to prompt the coexistence of economic development and cultural inheritance on the basis of human beings as educational objects,and thus to achieve the win-win goal of the two in Southwestern ethnic areas.
