摘要
以北京某超高精度恒温恒湿洁净试验室项目为例,介绍了超精密恒温恒湿洁净室的设计过程,针对空调系统设计存在的若干技术难点提出了相应的解决方案,分析了外部热扰量对试验室核心区达到动态的±0.1℃的温度波动的影响,并对实际工程项目进行了调试,效果良好。
Project of Beijing super high-precision constant temperature and humidity clean laboratory as an example,introduced the design process of the super high-precision constant temperature and humidity clean laboratory,and put forward the corresponding solutions of some technical difficulties of the air conditioning system,analyzed the temperature fluctuations of the external thermal interference on laboratory core region to achieve the dynamic ±0.1℃,and get a good results of the actual project debugging.
