摘要
当今大直径圆形水池如二沉池等在给排水的污水处理工程中应用较多,圆形水池在温度变化及收缩作用下,产生的环向轴力较大,以至池壁下部会产生裂缝。论文以实际工程为例,利用有限元分析软件robot对圆形水池施工阶段的池壁进行内力分析,以便对圆形水池温度应力作用下的裂缝进行有效控制,可供预应力混凝土圆形水池设计与研究参考。
Today large diameter circular pools,such as secondary sedimentation tank,are widely used in sewage treatment works.The circular pool under changes in temperature and shrinkage effects,generating large circumferential stress,leads to lower part of the pool wall cracks in the construction phase.The paper,taking the actual project as example,using finite element analysis software ROBOT,analyses internal force of the wall of the circular pool construction phase.With it we can control the cracks in effect in the construction phase of the circular pool,as a reference for the prestressed concrete circular pool design and research.
