This paper analysis the development,market and technology of the project management information technology,focuses on construction projects of information technology to achieve value,the system framework,functional design.It suggests that we are only fully aware of the project management of information technology problemsroots and grasp the development trend of information technology project management,so that to improve the level of project management information to allow IT to real play an active role in project management.
