摘要 职业道德、职业习惯、职业眼光和职业精神,是任何一个行业职业化的精髓。对于饭店管理专业的学生而言,职业道德是酒店职业人要素的基础,职业习惯是一种行为模式,职业眼光是发现问题的能力,职业精神是"敬业"和"精业"的基础。教师在教学中就应该将这些方面知识灌输给学生,使学生在校期间就能够得到职业化素质的培养,帮助学生形成良好的职业道德、职业习惯、职业眼光以及职业精神,为将来成为优秀的饭店职业人和进一步提升我国饭店行业的内涵奠定良好基础。 Professional ethic, habit, perspective and spirit are the essence of all professions. In the case of students majored in hotel man- agement, professional ethic is the basic quality of a hotel practitioner, professional habit is a kind of behavior pattern, professional perspec- tives is the ability to discover problems, and professional spirit is the foundation of profession commitment and improvement. Teachers shall introduce this professional knowledge to students in the teaching process; offer students professional quality training; and help stu- dents acquire good professional ethic, habit, perspective and spirit to lay a foundation for them to become excellent hotel practitioners and for further raising the industrial connotation of hotels in China.
