摘要
通过MATLAB对曲柄摇杆式飞剪机的运动轨迹和上下剪刃的加速度分析,确定上下剪刃同时剪切过程所用时间,进而求出飞剪力能参数。
This paper presents a method of analysing the moving trajectory of crank rocker flying shear and the acceleration of upper and down blade by using MATLAB.The time when the upper blade and the down blade shear the rolled piece at the meantime is determined for calculating the mechanics parameters in the process of shearing.This study has valuable significance in improving the behavior in services and the redesign of flying shear.
